I have done this for clients, including a platform that delivers complete, truly personal websites in minutes, and many projects where data from different sources became products people actually use and love. And I do it for myself: four own products built in the last year. I direct AI tools through the whole build and bring what AI can’t: product judgment, structure, and taste.
That’s the shift most teams are struggling with right now. The bottleneck isn’t writing code anymore. It’s knowing what to build, keeping the work structured that AI output becomes a real, maintainable product, and measuring honestly whether it works. That’s exactly the work I do: for my own products, and for yours.

You have a product idea and no dev team. I take it from concept to a working, testable product in weeks. Web or native app, including the parts everyone skips: analytics, funnels, and a way to know whether it works.
AI assisted delivery for your team
Your team wants to ship faster with AI and nobody knows how to do it well. I set up the development flow: specs, structure, reviews and quality gates. It is the difference between vibe coding and solid products.
Product management on demand
Your project is stuck between concept and shipped. I bring the structure: what to build, what to cut, what to measure, and a roadmap the team actually believes in.
My background makes this combination possible rather than lucky: ten years leading a digital agency, a board role, a design education, and hands-on product management ever since. I understand the business, the design, the data, and enough of the technology to direct it.
