Product and AI assisted delivery (since 2022)
I help teams turn ideas into working software. The highlight so far: a platform built for a client that delivers complete, truly personal websites in minutes. Alongside it, many projects where data from different sources was connected and turned into products people actually use. Today my work centers on AI assisted delivery: the development flows, specs and quality gates that make the difference between vibe coding and solid products.
LAND IN SICHT AG
Chairman & Co-Owner (2018 – 2022)
land in sicht AG is one of the leading companies in Germany for touristic websites and data management. Its main product mein.toubiz has about 4,000 users who are creating and editing their touristic entries.

Together with my Co-Chairman and my team, we:
- merged both companies, people, cultures and workflows.
- reduced products and focus to tourism only.
- implemented professional workflows (coding guidelines, naming, Scrum, CD/CI).
- relaunched mein.toubiz – a touristic database for events, tours, points-of-interests, gastronomy, regions, cities, and persons. Also launched a widget based frontend for lists with filters, split screen and detail pages.
- migrated clients and data from toubiz (old and outdated system) to mein.toubiz in the whole process, including sales and services.
- restructured the management in 2021, with my main responsibility being product development.
- engaged and developed team members, especially front- and backend-developers, product owners and product managers.
- launched a website and template builder that generates websites out of the client’s database.
- implemented professional workflows for professional software products, like data driven development, splitting, planning and prioritizing features with epics, stories, tasks and bugs, started with user experience testing and set customer in center. Implemented E2E testing.
- successfully launched an app prototype with a focus on minimal technology expenses, leveraging Vue.js components and requiring less than 40 developer hours.
TYPO3 ASSOCIATION
TYPO3 Education Committee Member (2014 – 2019)
The TYPO3 Association coordinates and funds long-term development of the TYPO3 CMS platform. Founded in Switzerland in 2004, it is a non-profit organization with around 900 members.

Together with the team, we:
- developed four certificates and certifications with examines.
- planned and organized a conference “CertiFUNcation” with more than 200 attendees in Phantasialand.
- launched a learning plattform via Moodle.
NIMIUS GmbH
CEO & Founder (2008 – 2018)
NIMIUS GmbH was a digital agency and built websites and web applications. NIMIUS had 10 employees and two locations (Germany and St. Gallen, Switzerland) before the merge with land in sicht AG.
