👋 I’m Nicki Eliza Schinow
I have been self employed since school. Not because it was a plan, but because I kept finding problems I wanted to solve more than I wanted a job title.
It started with event photography in high school. At 19 I founded NIMIUS, a digital agency I led for ten years and grew to ten people in two countries. We merged into land in sicht AG, a tourism software company, where I spent four years on the board and learned how products live and die at the strategic level. Along the way I studied communication design and spent five years on the education committee of the TYPO3 Association.

Today, I build products for people who love exploring the outdoors with their bikes, dogs, and families, who are committed to personal growth, and who care deeply about our planet. And I help clients turn their ideas into working software, with AI doing the coding and me doing everything AI cannot.
How I work
Three things run through everything I do.
Clarity: I would rather ask the uncomfortable question early than build the wrong thing beautifully.
Structure: good products come from good decisions in the right order, not from more hours.
Honesty: I measure what I build, and I tell you what the numbers say even when they disagree with me.
What I bring
People and perspectives: I speak product with founders, code with developers, design with designers and business with the board, and I get them pulling in one direction.
Product: from problem discovery to roadmap to launch, practiced for clients and on my own products at my own risk.
AI assisted building: I direct AI tools from spec to shipped product, and I know where they fail.
Development flows: I set up the specs, reviews and quality gates that make the difference between vibe coding and solid products.
Data: GA4, BigQuery, funnels and retention, and the discipline to trust only verified numbers.
Design: a communication design background and the taste to keep things simple.
Technology: enough hands on depth to direct a build credibly – full stack.
